Sara didn’t name it after herself, friend and local rancher Emerson Stratton named it after her. Peak of Mount Lemmon is 9,157 feet and up to thirty degrees cooler than Tucson. Mount Lemmon offers climbers at least ten 4 star routes. A few suggestions are “The Planet Eater”, “Tsunami”, “Old Man”, and “War Point”.
