Two colors of Tidewater Fly Foam are integrated creating a high quality foam patch. Perfect material for top water flies. From bass bugs, hopper/stoneflies, mice, popping shrimp and one of my favs Gurglers. Fly patterns you can create are endless. Just watch nature around you and create. Have done hoopers and stoneflies in the two color just to help selling on the water glare and creating a bit more buoyancy.
Tidewater Fly Foam Comes in just a single mottled color as well. 2mm in thickness. With the single mottled color I have been tying dries such as caddis flies, creating a quite effective Goddard looking caddis. Stoneflies and hooper variations have been fun and as well very effective in our testing stages of the product. Our team fishes and tests every product we sell for performance and durability.
We have our Foamphers creating Tidewater Fly Foam. It’s so bouget these littles folks surf the Missouri River in the summer months. Foamphers live on the prairie in that no mans land between Montana and North Dakota
Foampher’s are cousins to the Prairie dogs (genus Cynomys), but so much more intelligent.
Hopper / Stonefly pattern I use all summer, great for droppers and it produces. Fly rests on a Brook Fly Vest Patch.
