Built on a stout Daiichi 2451 in size 1/0, this foam-bodied slider throws a wake and pops a bubble trail that predator fish can’t leave alone. The flash foam body in purple runs straight into a fluorescent red hot spot — the kind of trigger point that turns a follow into a commitment. Behind it, a grizzly-dyed purple Ewing Hackle Deceiver Patch tail pulses and breathes on every strip, giving the fly a wounded, injured-baitfish look even when you slow down.

Under the hood, Semperfli Skeena in the Gold Blend adds subtle flash and bulk without overloading the profile, while metallic orange legs kick and vibrate on the pause — the detail that separates a fly that gets looked at from one that gets eaten.
